All bookings made directly with the Valley View Motel must have a valid credit card number or deposit to confirm the booking.
- More than 48 hours notice – no charge will be made.
- Less than 48 hours notice – 100% of the booking may be charged.
- This does not apply for the King of the Ranges, Tamworth Country Music Festival, other special events, school holidays and long weekends. For these occasions special cancellation policies apply. Please enquire.
